What we do
Six stages, one team responsible through RTB.
We find the site and secure the land and the grid connection position.
Obtaining all permits needed to begin construction: environmental permit, grid connection permit, sectoral permits, municipal permits and others.
Development of all engineering and technical, environmental and social studies needed to reach RTB.
Processing, negotiating and obtaining voluntary easements, and imposing line and road easements for the projects.
The project is left ready to build: land, connection, permits, engineering and easements obtained and documented, so the buyer can finance and build it.
The projects developed by Lader are sold to IPPs, generators, renewable energy companies and investment funds, at whichever stage of development through RTB each decides to enter.
Development is the longest and most uncertain stage of a project: three to four years of connection, land and permitting. Lader takes it on in full so each counterparty can focus on its own business: the land, the capital, the energy sale or its own operation.

Lo Aguirre Energy Hub
With renewable oversupply and grid congestion in Chile, the scarce resource is no longer generation: it is grid connection, land and permits close to demand. A data center needs all three, plus firm renewable supply. Lader develops them under two models: powered land, selling the ready-to-build development to the buyer’s specification, and powered shell, delivering an energized building where the client installs its own equipment.

Land, high-voltage grid connection and permits, ready to build to the buyer’s specification.
An energized building with substation, backup, water and fiber. The client installs UPS, interior cooling and racks.
Services
The landowner leases long-term for a renewable or storage project, or signs a purchase agreement for a data center. Lader develops and sells.
A partner contributes capital, land or services and shares in the value when the project is sold. Lader contributes the team and execution through RTB.
A buyer contracts Lader to bring a project to RTB under its specification, with a price per MW paid by milestones.
For commercial and industrial clients: Lader installs, finances and operates an on-site solar self-generation system, in Chile and other Latin American countries, and sells the energy at a saving on the client’s tariff, with no investment from the client.
Acquisition of a project from the portfolio, in its current state or at RTB, with Lader as developer through to delivery.
Permitting and development for third parties
The regulatory framework is advancing to unblock permitting; management remains the bottleneck for investment. Ten years processing permits through to RTB, now offered as a service.
What we do for our own projects, we also do for others. Depending on what your project needs, we obtain the permits you entrust to us or take it all the way to Ready-to-Build.
Coordination of consultants, studies and engineering under a single plan, with a monthly fee.
Negotiation of land, easements and electrical concessions for projects and lines.
Management of RCA commitments and subsequent sectoral permits.
Review of third-party projects: which permits are missing, in what order and how long they take.
