Powered land
Land, high-voltage grid connection and permits, ready to build to the buyer’s specification.
FROM ORIGINATION TO RTB
With renewable oversupply and grid congestion in Chile, the scarce resource is no longer generation: it is grid connection, land and permits close to demand. A data center needs all three, plus firm renewable supply. Lader develops them under two models: powered land, selling the ready-to-build development to the buyer’s specification, and powered shell, delivering an energized building where the client installs its own equipment.

100 MW IT Data Center Campus, with room to keep growing. 500 MW grid connection request at 500 kV admitted for processing at the Lo Aguirre switching substation.
Environmental screening underway. Renewable supply option under evaluation.
Adjacent BESS Lo Prado: up to 500 MW, environmental approval obtained.
