Land lease or sale

From land to an energy asset

Land with a possible grid connection and no restrictions can become a solar or wind farm, a storage system or a data center. Lader takes on the development; the landowner leases it long-term or sells it, depending on the project.

What the landowner contributes

Land with clear title, a possible grid connection and compatible zoning; availability to lease long-term or sell, depending on the project.

What Lader provides

Development capital, the team and execution: land, grid connection, studies, permits and easements through RTB.

How value is shared

Long-term lease income while retaining ownership, or sale of the land for data centers. The structure is agreed for each project.

What makes land viable

  • Distance to a substation or line with available capacity.
  • Compatible land use, with no environmental or heritage restrictions.
  • Contiguous area, gentle topography and road access.
  • Owner with clear title, willing to lease long-term for renewables and BESS, or to sell for data centers, and with time to develop.
