Development of all engineering and technical, environmental and social studies needed to reach RTB.

Processing, negotiating and obtaining voluntary easements, and imposing line and road easements for the projects.

Ready-to-Build
The project is left ready to build: land, connection, permits, engineering and easements obtained and documented, so the buyer can finance and build it.

Milestones and payments
The contract sets deliverables and payments against verifiable milestones, with documentary evidence ready for due diligence.
